Job Summary
Non-Technical Dealer Support Representative at Polaris serves as a key partner to Polaris dealers, guiding them to effective solutions across products, systems, and programs. Responsibilities include communicating dealer needs, outlining next steps and resolution timelines, facilitating research and dispute resolution between dealers and internal teams, leveraging Polaris systems and vendor resources to identify solutions, coaching dealership personnel to support productivity and profitability, acting as a subject matter expert for assigned systems or product lines, and contributing to process documentation. Ideal candidates demonstrate strong communication, customer focus, problem solving, and the ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences; proficiency with Outlook, Office, SharePoint, and CRM tools, with Powersports or automotive dealership experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Minimum of two years of B2B or B2C experience
- Strong problem‐solving and critical thinking skills with the ability to balance complex situations and drive meaningful outcomes
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to tailor messages to various audiences
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Office Suite, and SharePoint; experience with Microsoft CRM, Showcase, and AS400 is a plus
- Powersports or automotive dealership experience preferred
