Job Summary
Non-Surgical Clinical Assistant supports a Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Physician/Physician Assistant with daily administrative and clinical duties in a multi-office setting (Bryn Mawr, Malvern, and Media, PA). Duties include greeting patients, escorting to exam rooms, preparing exam rooms, stamping and organizing charts, preparing injections, pulling imaging studies (MRI, X-ray, CT), assisting with pre-certifications and scheduling, handling phone coverage, chart scanning and documentation, maintaining clinical policies, office inventory, and supporting office operations. Requires high school diploma or GED and active certification (CCMA/CRMA/EMT/ATC) with medical terminology proficiency; EMR experience preferred; schedule is Monday–Friday 7:30 AM–4:00 PM; travel between offices as needed; OSHA/compliance awareness and ability to assist with various clinical tasks including specimen handling and basic injections.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED minimum education requirement
- Must be a CCMA, CRMA, EMT, or ATC
- Professional license/certification must be active and valid
- Knowledge of medical office procedures and medical terminology
- Computer skills including, but not limited to, MS Office Suite
- Experience with EMR system(s) preferred
