Job Summary
Instruct classes at the Juvenile Correctional Facility in Pine Bluff, develop lesson plans, and coordinate schedules for TABE, GED, and GED-ready testing. Administer all student tests, manage student intakes, and maintain accurate records in DRC and LACES. Provide assistance to center lead teachers, conduct faculty professional development, and attend mandated state meetings. This temporary clerical workstudy position requires a current Arkansas teaching license and involves regular attendance, critical thinking, and independent judgment in an adult education program.
Required Qualifications
- Current University of Arkansas System employee
- Must hold a current Ar teaching license
- Formal education equivalent to an associate's degree
