Job Summary
Dedicated Specialty Pharmacy Program Manager role within Amber Specialty Pharmacy focusing on coordination between the company, pharmaceutical manufacturers, and contracted partners to ensure contractual obligations and KPIs are met. Responsibilities include liaison with manufacturers/HUBs, coordination with Clinical Operations and National Account Manager teams, providing case status updates, triaging issues to appropriate internal teams (prior authorizations, appeals, grant funding, clinical), participating in quarterly business reviews, and delivering timely, accurate program updates. Requires strong communication, analytical, and data-reporting skills; proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Zoom; and adherence to company policies. Education and licensure requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent and current unrestricted state pharmacy technician registration/licensure with national or state certification per applicable Board of Pharmacy requirements.
Required Qualifications
