Job Summary
Perform routine radiographic exams under supervision, ensuring patient safety, comfort, and proper positioning while adhering to established imaging protocols and radiation safety guidelines. Prepare and maintain exam rooms and equipment, document procedures accurately, and collaborate with radiologists, registered technologists, and care team members to support workflow. This PRN role supports the imaging department as you work toward registry and meet departmental standards for patient care, safety, and quality.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of or current enrollment in an accredited Radiologic Technology program
- Registry eligible (ARRT) preferred
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required (or obtained within required timeframe)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment
