Job Summary
Analyze and underwrite Non-QM mortgage loans within compliance guidelines and approved seller variances. Manage loan conditions, provide recommendations for underwriting waivers, and communicate with loan originators regarding status, approvals, and conditions. Maintain a pipeline of loans adhering to service level agreements while staying current on program requirements and reviewing documents for compliance. Requires five years of mortgage underwriting experience, including three years with Non-QM loans and complex income analysis. Full-time, non-exempt remote role with minimal travel.

- Proven ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Understanding of Non-QM products
- Minimum of five (5) years of mortgage underwriting experience
- Minimum of three (3) years of underwriting Non-QM loans with complex income analysis
- High school diploma or equivalent
