Job Summary
Lead the "Potere alle Ragazze" STEM initiative at your university, region, or country by recruiting talented young women, connecting with local HR teams, and identifying target schools from your own educational background. Accompany women leaders to presentation days, organize event logistics, and manage liaising between schools and female participants. Actively advertise initiatives via Instagram and social platforms while sharing advice on developing careers in STEM. Check in weekly with regional or country leaders on recruitment progress and train other students to foster future leaders. This volunteer role targets women currently studying STEM fields in the DACH countries and Italy, aiming to close the gender gap and build a community of women in technology.
Required Qualifications
- You are a woman
- studying the field of STEM at the university
- 1-2 years to finish
- strong ambition to work and have a successful career in the STEM field
- belief in closing the gender gap and increase the STEM entitlement of women in all companies
- belief in creating a vision for younger generations of women (before yours) for them to have a career in the STEM field
- like to be in the front line defending those at a social disadvantage
- want to give and do not expect others to give back to you all the times
- energetic and enthusiastic
