Job Summary
Finance Manager for nonprofit organization with a hybrid and flexible work arrangement in San Francisco. Responsible for invoicing all grants and contracts monthly in accordance with funder requirements; assist in development of annual budgets and monthly/quarterly forecasts; conduct monthly financial assessments with departmental directors and generate reports for the CFO and senior management; ensure accuracy of financial records and compliance with financial regulations and accounting principles; coordinate for compliance audits with both public and private agencies.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced quantitative skills
- Excel skills
- Prior experience in grants management and/or financial planning and budgeting
- Prior experience in budget and contract monitoring is a plus
- Demonstrated computer skills with Microsoft Suite related software, and Outlook
