Job Summary
Manage all efficient daily branch operations including lending, product sales, customer service, and employee supervision while ensuring safety and compliance with federal and state regulations. Drive revenue and profit by maintaining consistent client service, developing cohesive teams, and assuming accountability for branch results. Create daily, weekly, and monthly reports on operational activities and monitor employee performance to maximize product sales and production standards. Recruit new employees, assist in hiring and onboarding, and deliver clear feedback to staff. Maintain a fundamental understanding of the mortgage and finance process, prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, and meet target metrics for transactions and loan volume.
Required Qualifications
- Fundamental understanding of the mortgage and finance process
- Ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills
- Detail-oriented
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Outstanding time management skills
- Minimum 2 years' mortgage originating experience with demonstrated success
- High School diploma or GED
- Demonstrated personal financial stability
- All applicable state certification tests must be completed with a passing exemption, including the Safe Mortgage Loan Origination test
- Proficient with computer systems and software, including email, spreadsheets, databases Loan Origination Systems, and other relevant programs
- Solid understanding of efficient loan operation system
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
