Job Summary
Collect and analyze data in the lab or field, including conducting data entry, validation, and literature reviews. Travel to diverse domestic and regional research sites for focus group facilitation, environmental scans, community forums, and data collection. Assist with outreach efforts via mailings and website management while resolving limited-scope problems using professional concepts. Maintain research integrity when handling sensitive information and compile data from various sources including publications and web resources. Requires enrollment in an undergraduate program with minimum 6 credit hours, experience in public health, and advanced Microsoft Office skills.
Required Qualifications
- Enrolled in or on vacation from or is otherwise registered in an Undergraduate program (minimum 6 credit hours)
- Experience with the technical side of public health and medicine
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Exceptional organizational skills and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to be self-motivated, prioritize effectively, and achieve deadlines
- Ability to gather, compile, analyze and maintain information from a variety of sources, including research publications and web sources
- Ability to exercise discretion when dealing with issues of a sensitive nature and to maintain research integrity
Desired Qualifications
- Student currently working on a bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Experience in research
- Knowledge of web development, cloud systems, and AI-enabled applications
- Ability to understand and explain technical language/systems
- Experience using Microsoft Azure
