Job Summary
Assist with recruitment, communications, scheduling, event logistics, data entry, record management, and participant tracking for the Pathways program. Support outreach efforts to rural schools and communities, maintain project databases and communication materials, and coordinate student, mentor, internship, and conference activities. This 15-20 hour per week role is funded through September 30, 2027, within the University Center for Excellence in Developmental Disabilities, which collaborates with state agencies to improve lives for individuals with disabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Enrolled in or on vacation from or is otherwise registered in an Undergraduate Program (minimum 6 credit hours)
- Experience using social media platforms and other professional networking tools
- Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to meet time sensitive deadlines
- Ability to work collaboratively with students, families, healthcare professionals, educators, and community partners from diverse backgrounds
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, organizational abilities, and attention to detail
Desired Qualifications
- Completion of at least one year of undergraduate coursework
- Coursework or academic interest in public health, healthcare, education, disability studies, social sciences, communications, marketing, or a related field
- Experience with social media content creation, recruitment campaigns, or outreach activities
- Experience coordinating meetings and events
- Interest in healthcare, public health, disability services, education, workforce development, or rural health
