Job Summary
Caregiver responsibilities include companionship, light cooking and cleaning, bathing, grooming and toileting, assistance with ambulation and medication reminders, and transportation for appointments and errands. Must be able to interact effectively with a diverse audience including clients, families, care providers and other professionals; possess strong follow-up, attention to detail, initiative, problem-solving, and sound judgment. CNA’s and Home Health Aides encouraged to apply; positions available on weekends; benefits include direct deposit/weekly pay, referral bonuses, and opportunities for growth within the company.
Required Qualifications
- A reliable means of transportation with current Arizona insurance and a valid Arizona driver’s license
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Able to supervise, assess and evaluate care providers and advocate on behalf of clients and families
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Must have current Arizona driver's license, current Arizona vehicle insurance, Social Security Card/Birth Certificate, current TB Test, and Level 1 Fingerprint card
