Job Summary
Provide non-medical home-care support to clients in Woodstock, IL, including assistance with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting), companionship, meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, accompanying clients to appointments, and errand running. Monitor clients’ health and report changes to the care team. Requires a compassionate, reliable individual with effective communication skills and the ability to follow company policies and healthcare regulations.
Required Qualifications
