Job Summary
Provide non-medical home care including assistance with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting), companionship, meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and accompanying clients to appointments and errands. Monitor clients' well-being and report changes to the care team; follow company policies and health regulations. Communicate effectively with clients and team members; maintain reliability and empathy. Flexible scheduling and a supportive, collaborative work environment. Previous caregiving experience is a plus but not required; high school diploma or GED preferred.
