Job Summary
Non-Invasive Cardiologist sought for a clinical academic appointment with UPMC Heart & Vascular Institute. Responsibilities include inpatient and outpatient cardiology consultations, ECG analysis, interpretation of transthoracic echocardiograms, performance/interpretation of transesophageal echocardiograms and cardiac nuclear studies, with teaching opportunities in a weekly rotation. Weekend coverage is shared on a 1:4 basis. Candidate should hold board certification in cardiology and a PA medical license; visa support is available for some cases. The role emphasizes high-quality patient care within a supportive team and an evidence-based academic practice.
