Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive non-invasive cardiology practice, including inpatient CCU/consultative services and outpatient care. Interpret stress testing, ECGs, and ambulatory rhythm monitoring while performing advanced echocardiography, including transesophageal and stress studies. Lead supervision and teaching of cardiology fellows, residents, and medical students through the academic partnership with the University of Colorado School of Medicine. This role offers a faculty appointment at an academic rank commensurate with experience within a multidisciplinary group of 12 cardiologists and 8 advanced practice providers. Candidates must hold an MD or DO degree, be board certified or eligible in Cardiovascular Disease, and possess Level II echocardiography training.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO degree
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiovascular Disease
- Level II echocardiography training
- Commitment to team-based care and service to a diverse, multicultural patient population
Desired Qualifications
- Advanced echocardiographic expertise (3D echo, strain imaging)
- Level III echocardiography and/or NBE certification
- Certification in nuclear cardiology and/or cardiac CT
- Procedural TEE experience
