Job Summary
Diagnose and manage a broad spectrum of cardiovascular conditions, including hypertension, coronary artery disease, heart failure, and arrhythmias. Conduct and interpret diagnostic tests such as EKGs, echocardiograms, and stress tests while developing individualized care plans that emphasize preventive cardiology and lifestyle modifications. Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to provide integrated care, engage in patient education, and participate in on-call rotations for urgent cardiac issues. Maintain accurate medical records in accordance with hospital policies using the EPIC EMR system. Join a robust outpatient cardiovascular testing lab and fixed cath lab within a large referral base in Hendersonville, NC.
Required Qualifications
- Medical degree from an accredited institution
- Board certification in Cardiology
- Valid medical license to practice in the state of North Carolina
- Strong clinical skills in managing a variety of cardiovascular conditions
