Job Summary
Provide general, non-invasive cardiovascular services with an emphasis on inpatient and outpatient general cardiology. Actively participate in the teaching program with cardiology fellows and medical house staff. The Division of Cardiovascular Medicine at the University of Virginia School of Medicine seeks this open rank, open track candidate to join its expanding faculty. Opportunities exist for women's heart health, cardio-OB, or Cardio-onc roles for applicants with relevant experience, while research commensurate with experience and interest may be accommodated. Rank and tenure status will be determined based on qualifications.
Required Qualifications
- MD or equivalent
- board-certified or eligible in Cardiovascular Medicine by appointment start date
Desired Qualifications
- experience in women's heart health
- experience in cardio-OB
- experience in Cardio-onc
- Research that is commensurate with experience and interest
