Job Summary
Manage outpatient and inpatient cardiovascular care, perform non-invasive cardiac procedures, and deliver preventive medicine and pharmacology within a multidisciplinary team environment. This Full-Time role requires an MD/DO with Board Certification in Internal Medicine and a cardiovascular disease fellowship, holding an active Florida medical license. Candidates must complete due diligence and credentialing tasks. Compensation is commensurate with training and experience, including a housing stipend for the Key West location. The position offers access to Baptist Health University, CME allowances, and no state income tax. BHSF supports 60+ clinical trials and is affiliated with FIU and FAU.
Required Qualifications
- MD/DO from an accredited institution
- active and unrestrictive medical license (or eligibility for licensure by start date)
- satisfactory completion of all required due diligence tasks and credentialing
- Board Eligible/Board Certified in Internal Medicine
- subspecialty certification in cardiovascular disease by the American Board of Internal Medicine
- successful completion of an ACGME-accredited cardiovascular disease fellowship
