Non-Intensive Paraeducator (GenEd, up to 3 positions)

Non-Intensive Paraeducator needed to join the General Education team at Hinesburg Community School for the 2026-2027 school year. Responsibilities include supporting instructional activities (including behavioral instruction), collecting data to share with licensed professionals, supervising students during lunch, recess, and before/after school, fostering independence, communicating with educational personnel and related service providers, participating in team meetings, providing bus-route support, and substitute coverage as assigned. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative, problem-solving team member focused on creating a safe, inclusive, and growth-oriented learning environment and be able to meet physical job requirements.
