Non-Experienced, Driver

Operate heavy-duty trucks with front, side, or rear-end load lift attachments to transport materials to disposal, transfer, or recycle facilities. Navigate high-traffic roadways, driveways, alleyways, and lots while performing highly skilled backing maneuvers for commercial, residential, and roll-off routes. Conduct pre and post-trip inspections, document checks, and complete end-of-day documentation as directed by Route Manager or Dispatch. Immediately report unsafe situations, service interruptions, or incidents to management and communicate customer requests to Dispatch. This safety-sensitive role requires a Commercial Driver License (CDL) Class A or B with an air-brake endorsement and no prior experience. Candidates must be at least 18 years old, legally eligible to work, and able to read, write, and speak English well.
