Job Summary
Non-Emergency Medical Driver for Heart of Gold Medical Transport in Fresno, CA. Transport patients to medical appointments safely and on time; assist with boarding and disembarking; maintain a clean, safe vehicle; document daily trip logs; communicate with patients, caregivers, and medical staff; provide excellent customer service; adhere to local, state, and federal transportation regulations; participate in ongoing training. Requires a valid California driver’s license with a clean driving record; high school diploma preferred but not required; flexible schedule including evenings and weekends; background checks and drug screening. Required Qualifications
- Valid California driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Experience in non-emergency medical transportation or a related field preferred but not necessary
- Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate demeanor
- Ability to assist patients with mobility challenges
- Basic knowledge of first aid and CPR is a plus
- Must pass background checks and drug screening
