Job Summary
Drive your own vehicle to transport patients to non-emergency medical appointments around the Phoenix area. Set your own schedule, work flexible hours, and earn weekly through app-based trip requests. You’ll pick up members at scheduled locations and drop them off safely at appointments; operate with a 4-door vehicle from 2006 or newer, and pass a background check. The role emphasizes community impact and using your own car, with daytime driving typically between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
Required Qualifications
- At least 21 years old
- Minimum of 3 years of driving history in the US
- No more than two moving violations or accidents in the past three years
- Valid driver’s license
