Drive your own vehicle to transport patients to healthcare appointments around Phoenix with a flexible daytime schedule. Requires 21+ years old, 3+ years US driving history, clean driving record, valid license, insurance and registration, a 4-door vehicle from 2006+, and a smartphone. Open to earn via a $1,000 bonus and a $10,000 guarantee when you sign up, with weekly pay and the ability to set your own hours. Most trips occur between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Required Qualifications
- At least 21 years old
- Minimum of 3 years of driving history in the US
- No more than two moving violations or accidents in the past three years
- Valid driver’s license
- Able to pass a background check (no felonies in the past seven years)
- Valid vehicle insurance and registration
- A 4-door vehicle from 2006 or newer
