Job Summary
Drive for healthcare appointments in the Phoenix area using your own 4-door vehicle (2006+). Open schedule with daytime trips (roughly 6:00 AM–6:00 PM). Earn a $2,000 bonus plus a $10,000 guarantee when you sign up, with weekly direct deposits. You pick trips, pick up members at scheduled locations, and drop them off safely at appointments. Maintain 100% of earnings, drive when you want, and use the Veyo Driver App to accept requests. Requirements include being 21+, US driving history of at least 3 years, clean driving record (no more than two violations/accidents in 3 years), valid license, insurance and registration, a 4-door 2006+ vehicle, and a smartphone.
Required Qualifications

- No more than two moving violations or accidents in the past three years
- Valid driver’s license
- Able to pass a background check (no felonies in the past seven years)
