Job Summary
Conduct X-Ray, Dye Penetrant, Eddy Current, and Ultrasonic inspections to locate and identify defects, while performing Magnetic Particle and Spectrometric Oil Analysis inspections. Operate AGE and Non-Powered AGE equipment, utilizing applicable test tools to execute technical procedures. Document maintenance records and historical data files as required, and research, order, and receive necessary parts. Provide on-the-job training to assigned trainees in accordance with technical orders and maintenance manuals.
Required Qualifications
- 7 Skill level F-15 airframe
- Knowledge of OJT Training and Documentation
- Working Knowledge of Technical Orders, Maintenance Manuals and IPB's
- Knowledge of X-Ray, Magnetic Particle, Dye Penetrated, Ultrasonic and Eddy current Methods and Procedures
- Knowledge of X-Ray Exposure Limits
- Knowledge of Spectrometric Oil Analysis Policies and Procedures
