As a Non Delegated Account Manager, you will be responsible for operational management of client relationships, ensuring quality service by maintaining client accounts and managing a pipeline of 100-125 active units. Key responsibilities include handling client calls, managing loan locks, meeting KPIs, and answering product questions while maintaining client communication. Required qualifications include 2+ years of relevant experience and a high school diploma, with a preference for a Bachelor's degree. The position demands intermediate knowledge of the mortgage industry, regulatory compliance, and proficiency in MS Office.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of related experience in Mortgage Operations and Originations, Wholesale Mortgage Lending, Client Facing or similar field
  • High school diploma required

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
  • Intermediate knowledge of residential mortgage industry in Correspondent or Retail Lending
  • Intermediate knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Office products
  • Advanced speaking and writing communication skills
