Job Summary
Non-Commissioned Security Guard responsible for patrolling the premises (interior and exterior), monitoring access points, verifying identifications, responding to security incidents and emergencies, and documenting incidents. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and strong observational/situational awareness, plus excellent communication. Duties include preparing incident reports, coordinating with the Security Coordinator, participating in safety drills, and maintaining records of daily activities and security breaches. Location is Houston, TX with on-site shifts; benefits include healthcare, retirement plans, and paid time off.
Required Qualifications

- Prior experience in security or a related field is preferred
- Strong observational and situational awareness skills
