Non-Commercial/On-Site Specialist (Food Broker)

Job Summary
Execute on-site foodservice strategies in partnership with regional sales leaders and onsite leads to drive sales performance and implement trimester plans. Actively call on critical operators, CMC/GPO HQs, and distributors to focus on compliance, conversion, and business development while analyzing claims and segment activity to identify actionable opportunities. Build and maintain relationships with client leads and regional managers, providing ongoing support and insights to meet client needs. Enter and maintain CRM data for accuracy and support local events such as NACUFS and Premier Breakthroughs. Requires a valid driver's license, up to 30% travel, and ability to work in office, warehouse, or restaurant environments with extended standing and lifting up to 50 pounds.
Required Qualifications
