Non-Clinical Research Supervisor

Job Summary
Oversee and develop a team in a GLP-limited laboratory setting, ensuring alignment of study conduct with SOPs and regulatory guidelines. Responsibilities include scheduling, training, data review, and project management; coordinating with other departments and external vendors; driving process improvements; maintaining SOPs, assessing staff capabilities, and ensuring compliant equipment maintenance. Requires strong leadership, communication, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 75% office work and 25% lab work with exposure to potentially infectious materials and chemicals; must be able to don PPE and lift up to 50 lbs. 75% office and 25% lab rotation, with flexibility for extended/evening hours.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related discipline or equivalent combination of education/experience
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant lab experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent understanding of study design and protocols
- Advanced understanding of laboratory operations, federal regulations, and data handling in a GLP environment
