Job Summary
Teach group and private snowboarding lessons to guests of all ages, delivering world-class guest service in a safe and fun learning environment. Instructors may flex across multiple departments to support the one-resort mentality, which could include Lift Experience, Mountain Activities, Food and Beverage Support, Base Area Operations, and Retail Rental Operations. Responsibilities include scanning, running surface lifts, facilitating lunch, fitting equipment, providing guest feedback to inspire lifelong skiers, and creating a positive learning atmosphere while adhering to safety standards. Requires willingness to work weekends/holidays; training and minimum skill/guest-service/safety standards completion is required.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Must be able to communicate fluently in English
- Must be comfortable skiing on groomed blue terrain
- Must be willing to work weekends/holidays
- Placement contingent on training and standards alignment
