Job Summary
Teach group and private snowboard lessons to guests of all ages, delivering world-class guest service in a safe and fun environment. Must be comfortable snowboarding on groomed blue terrain, and able to work weekends and holidays. Placement contingent on successfully completing training and meeting safety and guest-service standards. Role may involve cross-department duties (Lift Experience, Mountain Activities, F&B Support, Base Area Operations, Retail Rental Operations). Starting wage is $20.00/hr with potential incentives; Winter Seasonal 2026/2027; part-time hours with variable schedules.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum age 16
- Must be able to communicate fluently in English
- Must be willing to work weekends/holidays
- Background checks/clearances as required by State of Pennsylvania
