Job Summary
Teach group and private snowboard lessons to guests of all ages, delivering world-class guest service in a safe, fun learning environment. Responsibilities include instructing on groomed blue terrain, assisting guests across multiple departments when needed (lift operations, mountain activities, food & beverage support, base area operations, retail rental), and providing constructive feedback to inspire lifelong snowboarders. Position supports a seasonal, part-time schedule with potential opportunities for more hours and incentives; training and compliance with safety standards are required. Housing may be available; includes benefits such as ski passes, discounts, and development through Epic Service.
Required Qualifications
- Must be comfortable snowboarding on groomed blue terrain
- Must be able to communicate fluently in English
- Must be willing to work weekends/holidays
- Placement as an instructor is contingent upon successfully completing training and meeting the minimum skill, guest service, and safety standards
- Background checks required by the State of Pennsylvania prior to starting work
- Minors (under 18) require Parental Consent Form upon hire and applicable documents (work permit, physician's note, birthdate proof)
- This is a Winter Seasonal position with employment type described as Winter Seasonal 2026/2027
- Must be able to work across multiple departments and roles to support the one-resort mentality
- Housing availability may be provided
