Job Summary
Conduct deliveries alongside drivers, building relationships with customers while unloading cases up to 100 lbs using a ramp and two-wheeler. Operate a two-wheel cart with loads of up to 350 pounds and read labels, pick lists, and signage in English. Work Monday through Friday between 4am and 6am until routes finish, with pay ranging from $20 to $23 per hour. No previous experience required; candidates must pass a drug test and background check. This role supports the largest family-operated foodservice business in North America, serving restaurants, schools, hospitals, and universities across the U.S. and Canada.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to operate a two-wheel cart with loads of up to 350 pounds
- Must be able to read, write and communicate in English
- Successfully pass a drug test that will assess drug usage (including marijuana) and a background check
- To demonstrate our commitment to our partnership, we will require any candidate who works for a Gordon Food Service customer to provide a letter of support from their management if they are selected for the interview process
