Job Summary
Safely transport students to and from school and school-related activities while ensuring a positive environment. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any issues. Ensure student safety during boarding, transit, and exiting the vehicle. Manage student behavior and maintain a positive environment in the vehicle. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school staff. This safety-sensitive role requires a valid driver's license with a clean record, minimum 3 years of driving experience, and the physical ability to assist students and lift up to 50 lbs. Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Additional certifications required by state for legal non-cdl van operation
- Minimum 3 years of driving experience
- Minimum age: 21 years
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass background check and drug test
- Physical ability to assist students and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
