Job Summary
Safely transport students to and from school and school-related activities while ensuring a positive environment during boarding, transit, and exiting. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any issues. Manage student behavior and communicate effectively with students, parents, and school staff. This safety-sensitive role requires a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and minimum three years of driving experience. Candidates must be at least 21 years old, possess physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and pass background checks and drug tests. Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Additional certifications required by state for legal non-cdl van operation
