Job Summary
Greet guests with promptness and courtesy while transporting them to and from the resort location safely and efficiently. Complete a daily pre-trip checklist to ensure shuttle safety and functionality, then maintain vehicle cleanliness for a comfortable guest experience. Log into the shuttle app to manage operations and assist guests with luggage or other needs. Operate the vehicle in a safe manner while strictly adhering to all traffic rules and regulations. Perform these duties under direct supervision using well-defined policies.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 1-2 years commercial driving experience
- 1-2 years guest driving experience
- Valid Driver's License Class D with a passenger endorsement issued by the state of Arkansas
- Valid Driver's License Class E issued by the state of MO
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license
- Must be at least 21 years old to qualify for this position
- Ability to operate passenger carrying vehicles safely and efficiently
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to write pre/post trip reports and correspondence
- Ability to effectively communicate with guests
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form
- Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
- Ability to lift and load guest luggage up to 50 lbs
