Job Summary
Transport employees and customers from parking facilities to designated areas while maintaining safety standards, adhering to traffic laws, and ensuring all passengers are authorized to board. Keep the vehicle cleaned, maintained, and compliant with company standards, updating the maintenance schedule as needed. Manage a set schedule to minimize delays and resolve any passenger issues promptly by escalating them to authority members. Relay necessary information concisely to managers and passengers via person or radio while extending the Exceptional Care philosophy. Maintain uniform standards and a positive customer experience during every interaction.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- Driver's License
- Updated DOT Medical Clearance Card
- DPU Certification
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Be able to sit for long periods
- Be able to walk short distances
- Possess the manual dexterity to operate a Shuttle bus safely
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
- Be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test
- Driving record must meet company standards
- Ability to successfully pass company-issued driving test
