Job Summary
Transport employees and customers from parking facilities to designated areas while maintaining safety standards and posted speed limits. Ensure the vehicle meets all safety requirements, update the maintenance schedule, and verify passenger authorization before boarding. Maintain a set schedule to minimize delays, resolve passenger issues promptly, and relay necessary information concisely to managers via person or radio. Adhere to uniform standards, extend the Exceptional Care philosophy, and successfully pass the company-issued driving test. Requires a valid Driver's License, updated DOT Medical Clearance Card, and DPU Certification. Entry-level position with flexible hours.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- Driver's License
- Updated DOT Medical Clearance Card
- DPU Certification
- Be able to sit for long periods
- Be able to walk short distances
- Possess the manual dexterity to operate a Shuttle bus safely
- Strong sense of customer service
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Be able and willing to smile during every customer interaction with passengers
- Maintain uniform standards while around the account
- Be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test
- Driving record must meet company standards
- Ability to successfully pass company-issued driving test
- Ability to create relationships with customers
- Time management & problem-solving skills
- Proficient in English, both verbally and written
