Job Summary
Greet guests, assist with luggage, and provide directions while safely transporting passengers on designated routes between St. Pete Clearwater Airport and their destinations. Operate commercial vehicles in compliance with DOT guidelines, perform daily safety inspections, and maintain clean, organized vehicles. Plan efficient routes using GPS or dispatch instructions, adjust for traffic and weather, and promptly report accidents or maintenance issues to management. Accurately track passenger counts and complete required daily reports. Work the 3:00am-11:00am shift at 14700 Terminal Blvd, earning $15/hr.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Medical Examiner Certificate
- Clean driving record in accordance with company standards
- Must successfully pass a background check, in accordance with company policy and applicable laws
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and able to provide documentation verifying eligibility, as required by the Department of Homeland Security
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Frequent standing, walking, and sitting for extended periods
- Frequent entering and exiting of vehicle
- Work performed both indoors and outdoors depending on location
- Exposure to varying weather conditions
- Fast-paced, customer-facing environment requiring attention to safety and service
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be able to sit for extended periods
- Must be able to frequently enter/exit the vehicle
Desired Qualifications
- Prior commercial or shuttle driving experience preferred nut not required
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to interact professionally with a diverse range of guests
- Strong situational awareness and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to operate commercial vehicles requiring coordination and attention to detail
