Job Summary
Operate and maintain company vehicles safely to perform scheduled pickups and deliveries, ensuring all DOT and Iron Mountain security standards are followed. Manage end-to-end route logistics, including secure loading, transport, and unloading of materials without assistance, while accurately preparing required paperwork and records. Collaborate with dispatch and customers to ensure timely delivery, demonstrating strong customer service and verbal communication skills as the face of Iron Mountain on the road. This role requires a valid Class A/B CDL, DOT physical, and ability to lift up to 70 pounds, with pay starting at $21.00/hr. Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A/B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Good driving record
- Minimum age of 21
- Ability to pass a pre-employment substance abuse screening
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to pass a DOT physical
- Proven ability to perform the physical tasks required, including safely lifting up to 70 pounds and carrying/moving heavy bins
- Exhibiting safe, efficient driving skills
- Strong knowledge of safe driving practices
- Strong knowledge of security procedures
Desired Qualifications
- At least one (1) year of preferred experience in route transportation or a similar field
