Job Summary
Non-CDL Driver / Warehouse Worker responsible for delivering and unloading materials to multiple sites, pulling/loading stock, inventory control, operating forklifts (experience preferred), and lifting up to 80 lbs. Tasks include maintaining a clean driving record, following safety policies, and supporting warehouse operations with a Monday–Friday schedule (7:00 am–4:30 pm) with mandatory overtime as required. This role combines driving approximately 35% of the time with warehouse duties (65%), at CrossRoads Building Supply, Inc. in North Little Rock, AR.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum age: 19 years
- General knowledge of building industry products
- Map reading and navigation skills
- Comfortable working at heights (ladders, rooftops)
- Good driving record
- Background screen and drug testing prior to hire
