Job Summary
Operate and maintain company non CDL vehicles while safely delivering customer orders and preparing accurate paperwork for loading, transporting, and driving routes without assistance. Collaborate with the operations team and customers to ensure a high level of service and seamless delivery and retrieval processes. This role requires a minimum age of 21 with a valid non CDL license, good driving record, and the ability to lift up to 350 pounds. Required Qualifications
- Minimum age of 21
- Valid non CDL driving license
- Consistently good driving record
- Ability to successfully meet background check requirements
- Ability to successfully meet drug screen requirements
- Ability to successfully meet DOT physical requirements
- At least one year of route transportation experience
- Ability to lift at least 70 pounds
- Ability to push/pull bins from 25 to 350 pounds
- Ability to carry recycling bins over, up, and down inclines, stairs and ladders
- Ability to walk, stand, and sit for extended periods of time
- Strong knowledge of safe, efficient driving practices
- Demonstrable skills in customer service
- Clear verbal communication skills
