Job Summary
Non-CDL Driver needed for delivery team in San Leandro, CA. Responsibilities include loading/unloading trailers, assisting with final mile furniture installs, and moving trailers in/out of docks. Routes cover San Francisco and surrounding cities with occasional multiday trips (e.g., Reno, NV). Requires being part of a two-person drive team, ability to work in temperature extremes, and completion of safety and orientation activities. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, 1 year warehouse experience (moving & storage industry preferred), basic computer skills, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to pass DOT physical, criminal and MVR checks. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (preferred)
- 1 year warehouse experience is required
- Must be willing and able to pass DOT physical, criminal and MVR background checks
- Must be able and willing be part of a two man drive team to lift and assemble different types of residential furniture
- Must be able and willing to perform job with temperature extremes
- Basic computer skills and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
