Job Summary
Operate a 26 ft box truck in the Dothan, AL area delivering and collecting medical waste containers from healthcare customers with a strong focus on customer service. Duties include safe driving, loading/unloading, meeting time schedules, logging hours, and complying with DOT regulations; requires DOT medical card, pre-trip and post-trip vehicle checks, and typical 40-hour work weeks with potential overtime. Preferred touch freight experience and exposure to soiled linens, municipal waste, medical/office equipment. Benefits start day one; full-time, non-seasonal position with a set $20.00/hour.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 YEARS Delivery experience within a 26 foot box truck
- VALID DOT MEDICAL CARD
- Experience with pre-trip and post-trip vehicle evaluations
- Experience with DOT compliance, logging hours, roadside inspections
