Job Summary
Deliver glass to customers promptly and unload/receive shipments in a warehouse setting. Maintain positive customer relations and keep an accurate inventory, stocking and locating parts in the warehouse. Operate a forklift/order picker and use basic hand tools. Read maps, read orders from the warehouse office, and communicate effectively in English. Must be able to lift 35-70 pounds frequently, work in outdoor-like temperatures, and adhere to safety policies. Core hours are 4pm-12:30am, Monday-Friday. This is a safety-sensitive, on-site role requiring a valid driver's license and forklift operation experience.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) – Preferred but NOT required
- Valid driver’s license, good driving record
- Ability to lift 35-45 pounds on a frequent basis and on occasion up to 70 pounds
- Ability to operate a forklift, order picker, and basic hand tools
- Proficiency in English language (verbal and written)
- Good attendance will be required
- Good customer relations skills – Client interaction required
- Ability to read maps
- Ability to work in temperatures similar to the outdoors within the area of the assigned Service Center
