Job Summary
Deliver glass to customers, load/unload shipments, and maintain accurate warehouse inventory. Load parts onto the truck for delivery, inspect glass, stock warehouse racks, and assist with receiving orders from the warehouse office. Maintain positive customer relations during delivery, collaborate with the lead person to ensure high levels of customer service, and operate equipment (forklift, order picker, basic hand tools) as needed. Requires lifting 35-70 pounds regularly, working in outdoor-like temperatures within the service center, and strong map-reading skills with proficiency in English. Core hours are 8:30am-5:00pm, Monday-Friday with rotating Saturdays. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k), paid holidays, vacation, tuition assistance, and safety programs. Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Good driving record
- Ability to read maps
- Ability to lift 35-45 pounds frequently and up to 70 pounds occasionally
- Operate forklift, order picker, and basic hand tools
- Proficiency in English (verbal and written)
- Good attendance
- Ability to work in temperatures similar to outdoors within the service center area
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred (GED)
