Job Summary
Safely and efficiently operate a non-CDL vehicle to transport goods and materials to various destinations. Perform pre and post vehicle inspections, report discrepancies, and maintain accurate logs of transport and maintenance. Load and unload vehicles as required, adhering to delivery schedules while communicating delays promptly. Provide excellent customer service during delivery and pick-up operations. This role involves regular physical activity including lifting up to 50lbs and driving in all weather conditions. Candidates must possess a valid state driver's license, a clean driving record, and at least 1-2 years of relevant driving experience. Forklift or skid steer experience is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Possession of a valid state driver's license
- Clean driving record
- Familiarity with using navigation systems
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant driving experience
- Must be physically fit
- Able to frequently lift up to 50lbs
- Must be able to pass Background, non cdl driving and drug screening
- Must be comfortable driving in a variety of weather conditions
Desired Qualifications
- Forklift or skid steer experience
- Previous experience in driving or logistics
- Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting
