Job Summary
Non-CDL Delivery Driver for EquipmentShare in Baton Rouge, LA. Responsible for safely and efficiently delivering equipment, products, and materials to customers, operating non-CDL vehicles, and handling loading/unloading with appropriate paperwork. Roles include following state and federal transportation laws, maintaining invoices and shipping documents, performing routine vehicle maintenance checks, and ensuring safety and timely deliveries. Must meet DOT physical and background/drug testing requirements, and be able to travel frequently; physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM with overtime after 40 hours and potential on-call compensation.
Required Qualifications
- Must hold either a commercial drivers license or chauffeur’s license depending on state
- Must pass background and drug testing as required by federal and/or state department(s) of transportation regulations
- Must pass DOT physical, as truck’s driven are over 10k lbs.
