Job Summary
The Non Call QA Analyst is responsible for ensuring quality and performance improvement goals of Non Call Operations are met through process auditing. Key responsibilities include monitoring Non-Call transactions for accuracy and adherence to CMS regulatory requirements, reviewing and interpreting Standard Operating Procedures, policy documentation, and process flows, as well as participating in quality assurance compliance and educational activities. The role requires a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and knowledge of Medicare regulations.
Required Qualifications
- 1 - 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance and/or Medicare Advantage Plans

- Intermediate knowledge of Medicare regulations and processes
- Strong organizational & time management skills
- High standard of workmanship
- Computer and data entry proficiency
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word, Excel, Access & PowerPoint
- Excellent oral and written skills
